## About

Interview Rubric Creator turns a messy job description — or even just a rough idea — into what hiring teams and candidates actually need: a structured, weighted interview rubric with sample questions per signal, a polished JD generated from a handful of criteria, and matching interview prep for candidates showing what they'll likely be evaluated on. Hiring panels often disagree about what actually mattered in an interview because there was never a shared rubric to begin with — this fixes that in about a minute. Generating and previewing is free and anonymous, no account required; job seekers' interview prep stays free permanently.
