The Only Billboard is a virtual web project with one live advertising frame. As checked on November 2, 2026, the next approved paid takeover is $5. That payment buys the next turn in the sequence: a new creative replaces the current one. It does not buy a $5 day, a guaranteed number of views, or a permanent position on the live board.
IOCUS is the current chapter
The live frame currently carries IOCUS after the fourth paid takeover at $4. Before it came RELVE at $1, Brick500 at $2 and Drummond Hearing at $3. The earlier three paid messages are preserved in public History. These are four paid placements, not four simultaneous slots and not evidence of advertising returns.
What your turn would change
A new approved paid takeover changes the one live surface everyone can inspect. Your own creative becomes the current message, the displaced placement joins History, and the price for the following takeover rises by $1. A small launch, a maker project or a creative message would use that same frame rather than joining a grid of competing ads on our site. These are possible uses, not customer outcomes we have measured.
The live period has an open end
The next takeover is controlled by a later approved buyer, not a daily or weekly rental clock. No minimum display time is guaranteed. That makes this a public internet experiment with a changing sequence, rather than a fixed-duration media package. A placement is not an endorsement of the advertiser, and there are no promised traffic, click or sales results.
Look first, decide second
Open https://theonlybillboard.com/ to see the actual IOCUS creative installed in the billboard. Visit https://theonlybillboard.com/history to compare the three earlier paid messages. Then open https://theonlybillboard.com/claim to inspect the 16:9 preview and the current price before starting. A prepared preview does not reserve the spot, and the live state can change before you complete a claim. Read the rules before paying.
Your message, in one frame
If the format suits your project, start with one clear thing you want a visitor to understand. The creative should make sense on its own inside a single wide frame; a destination link can give an interested visitor the next step. There is no physical roadside billboard being rented here. It is a virtual project whose live surface and earlier chapters are public.
The next price was $5 when we checked today. The invitation is to inspect that real sequence, understand the terms, and decide whether your message belongs in its next turn.
