By accessing or using Founder.best (https://www.founder.best), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.
Founder.best is a platform that allows founders to list their startups and products, share founder stories, receive community upvotes, and purchase premium features and advertising spots. We provide both free and paid subscription tiers.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit (product listings, stories, images, and descriptions). By posting content, you grant Founder.best a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

Founder.best offers paid subscription plans and one-time purchases (such as advertising spots) processed through our payment partner, Dodo Payments. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to:
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments and subject to their terms of service.
Founder.best offers a limited number of paid advertising spots displayed on the platform. Sponsored content must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertising content at our discretion. Advertising spots are sold on a monthly subscription basis and are non-transferable.
Products that receive 200 or more upvotes may be eligible for automatic premium feature unlocking. Upvotes must be genuine and organic. Any attempt to manipulate upvote counts through fake accounts, bots, or vote trading will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all premium benefits.

The Founder.best platform, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any user-submitted content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founder.best and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Founder.best, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a new effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
