Week 42 winners

1. WhereTheyAsk (16 points)

WhereTheyAsk is a social network without the ads. You sign in with Google and get a personal page, friends, groups, events, and live rooms, all free.

The feed is chronological. You see what your friends and groups posted, in the order they posted it. It picked up 6 community votes on top of its Launch Pro boost.

2. TwitterAPI.io (6 points)

TwitterAPI.io is a REST API for public X data: tweets, profiles, followers, search, and real-time streams. You skip the scrapers and the developer account approval wait.

It also runs a hosted MCP server, so AI agents in Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients can query X directly. Six real votes on a free launch, the same as the winner.

3. LaunchBert (4 points)

LaunchBert is a checklist of free launch directories with domain ratings, plus a Chrome extension that fills in submission forms for you.

If you've ever spent a Saturday pasting the same tagline into 40 forms, you know why this one got votes. It came out ahead of three other products that also finished on 4 points.

Premium launches in week 42

One product launched with Launch Pro this week:

  • WhereTheyAsk, which finished first

It's the second week in three where a Launch Pro listing won. The starter upvotes gave it a lead, and 6 real votes kept it there. Plans are on the pricing page if you want the same head start.

Sponsor of the week

Nick Launches held the sponsored spot again. It's a launch platform for builders with free growth guides, tools, and a backlink for every listing.

Nick has been with us since July. Thank you. Sponsored spots put your product in front of founders on every page.

Editor's picks

Twenty-one launches means plenty of good ones below the podium:

  • Pixy lets you edit your real website visually, then turns each change into an instruction your coding agent can apply. It has multiplayer and video calls built in.
  • ReelNox Studio packs fourteen video tools into one Windows app: GPU compression, trimming, repair, background removal, and a multi-track timeline. Nothing gets uploaded.
  • MerchantDiff tracks Shopify API changes, deprecations, and deadlines, then tells you what changed and whether it affects you.
  • CrawlReady renders JavaScript sites for AI crawlers like GPTBot and ClaudeBot. Those bots don't run JavaScript, so a React app can look like an empty page to them.
  • The Only Billboard is one web billboard with one advertiser at a time. Each takeover costs a dollar more than the last.

The rest of the week 42 board

  • Pixy, 4 points.
  • ReelNox Studio, 4 points.
  • StackLedge, 4 points. A curated directory of automation tools, AI models, and APIs.
  • AI for Database, 3 points. Ask your database questions in plain language and build dashboards.
  • calmsudoku, 3 points. Free, ad-free daily Sudoku.
  • CrawlReady, 3 points.
  • Finn Garden, 3 points. Marketing lessons from a founder who already made the mistakes.
  • Founder Discover, 3 points. Discover founders and their products.
  • gec.dev, 3 points. Learning resources for developers.
  • MerchantDiff, 3 points.
  • ReadyToPost, 3 points. An AI community manager that writes and schedules a week of posts from your URL.
  • Seedance 2.0, 3 points. AI video from text and image references.
  • Sole App, 3 points. Accounting for Australian sole traders, with GST and BAS tracking.
  • The Only Billboard, 3 points.
  • AI Cloud Studio, 2 points. A suite of SaaS tools listed on the official MCP Registry.
  • CitePulse AI, 2 points. Checks how ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity cite your site, and generates an llms.txt.
  • NexusSDR AI, 2 points. B2B buying-intent research and outbound email sequences.
  • LexiShield AI, 1 point. SaaS contract redlining with GDPR and EU AI Act compliance checks.

What week 42 tells you about launching

Launch early in the week. The weekly board resets every Monday and closes on Sunday, so a Monday launch gives you all seven days to collect votes.

Free launches can keep up with paid ones. TwitterAPI.io got exactly as many real votes as the winner. The difference was the starter boost. If you launch free, your job is to close that 10-vote gap with people who actually use your product.

Busy weeks reward a clear pitch. Fifteen products ended on 3 or 4 points. In a crowd like that, a clear tagline and one good post on launch day decide who gets noticed.

Launching in week 43?

Week 43 started on Monday, Oct 19. Submit your startup with a Monday launch date, and have your first few voters ready before you go live.
